What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing the UK sales strategy to deliver ambitious growth targets.
• Expanding market share by strengthening relationships with national retailers, food producers, and distribution partners.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team as the UK presence scales.
• Acting as the face of the business in the UK, representing the brand at senior level and in industry forums.

• A proven sales leader with a track record in sustainable packaging solutions
• Strong relationships with key UK retail and food industry buyers.
• Commercially astute, strategically minded, and entrepreneurial in approach.
