- Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team as the UK presence scales.
- Acting as the face of the business in the UK, representing the brand at senior level and in industry forums.

- A proven sales leader with a track record in sustainable packaging solutions
- Strong relationships with key UK retail and food industry buyers.
- Commercially astute, strategically minded, and entrepreneurial in approach.
- Passion for sustainability and driving positive change in the packaging sector.
