Direct Mail & Transactional Mail

Transactional Mail (TM) is a way of confirming a transaction, providing an overview of recent activity and prompting further action from a customer. Although transactional mail isn’t primarily used for marketing purposes, it is still important for companies to provide a personalised experience to further develop customer relationships, so variable data printing can be used to address each piece of transactional mail to each customer by name.
Direct Mail (DM) is a type of marketing in which businesses send letters, postcards or other promotional materials to past, current or potential customers. Direct Mail campaigns may be targeted to either a consumer, business or both.
The Direct Mail industry has recently been handed a boost following the new GDPR legislation allowing companies to contact consumers by post without gaining explicit consent.
Recognised by major corporations as being one of the most effective and profitable ways of reaching out to new and existing customers, the direct mailing industry now significantly contributes to our activities.
An increased in direct and transactional mailing activity has resulted in a surge in demand for recruitment within these sectors. Our specialised team works with some of the key organisations within the DM & TM sectors to appoint pivotal directorial roles.
