George's recruitment career began in 1987 as a Director of a London-based PLC, where he played a pivotal role in the company's successful diversification into recruitment. Following several months in the United States studying the methodologies of some of the world's leading recruitment firms, George was headhunted to join Dominic Grudzien at Harrison Scott. Since then, he has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth and reputation as one of the UK's foremost specialist recruitment consultancies serving the print and packaging industries.
