George was voted No 1 supplier 4 years in a row in the ‘PrintWeek Power 100 Public Vote’ ahead of the MDs Royal Mail, Xerox, Canon, Heidelberg and HP Indigo to name a few.
In late 2001, George was voted as the 34th most influential person in the whole printing industry by the respected magazine, Printing World. They described him as "without doubt the highest profile print career management specialist".
His first involved in recruitment in was in 1987, as Director of a London based plc. He was one of the main driving forces behind the company's diversification into recruitment.
The company boasted a high-profile client base within a relatively short time, working with the likes of Glaxo, Carl Zeis and Nikon.
George then spent several months in the U.S observing the methodology used by the top recruitment companies before headhunted to join Dominic Grudzien at Harrison Scott Associates.
