The successful candidate is likely to be currently working in a highly reactive, fast moving environment.
You will have extensive client side/print management experience of managing a large account and have a proven track record of high achievement.
The Senior Account Director is a key position within our client in leading an efficient and professional service.
You can expect to be involved with the following activities:
• Creating, communicating, delivering and championing the account implementation & development strategy in order to deliver growth and optimise profitability.
• Ensuring continuous improvement and best practice processes are applied to the account, driving value.
• Setting key targets for service, delivery and improvement, measuring against these targets.
• Managing & building the capability of the Account Management team focusing on Business acumen, Management skills, Communications, Knowledge & Expertise.
• Taking responsibility for account communications within the overall supply chain.
• Accountability for the overall service delivery in the eyes of the client, ensuring we deliver our promises and meet clients expectations.
• Managing and effectively communicating activity and revenue forecasts into the business and ensuring that revenue forecasts and targets are achieved.
The successful applicant will have:
• Expert knowledge of the printing sector.
• Experience in managing external clients and suppliers.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good people management skills.
• A good understanding of business finance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience and confidence in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Experience in change management.
• Skills in report writing.
• Skills in using all applications within Windows Office environment.
The Senior Account Director will directly manage all on site Account Managers plus take overall responsibility for customer relationships and performance development and improvement at each location and for overall sales development and growth.
