Production Supervisor – Lamination Dept

Shift Pattern: Role is based on Days.

Role oversees the Scheduling and People Management of 12 staff and Key Performance Indicators for the output of 3 Lamination Machines.

Our Major Client supplies a diverse range of Laminated Printed Packaging to Brass Plate Clients in the food and drink, home textiles and paper products industries.

From their manufacturing base in the North of England they work with their customers to create the most reliable, innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions for their individual projects.

In the last 5 years they have invested well over £5m in state of the art machinery, systems and processes – with more investments planned.

Key elements of our Clients service include:

Solvent free lamination, Paper and film combinations, Paperstrip Laminates, Pattern Cold Seal Laminates, High Barrier laminates for CAP and MAP applications, Lidding laminates for ambient ovenable requirements, Peelable laminates for bespoke trays and base webs, Eco friendly packaging solutions using degradable films and papers, Pre-laminated papers and film constructions for downstream printing and converting.
