A producer of stunning printed communication materials for some of the largest retailers and brand owners in the UK has an opening for an adept Production manager to oversee the print production, delivery process and operations functions for all projects submitted to clients. Your duties will revolve around transferring client’s orders into a feasible, cost efficient delivery schedule using your extensive experience and knowledge of briefing, quoting, proofing, producing, kitting and delivering outputs.

Acting as the main point of contact between the production and the client management team, you will show a high level of communication skills, both written and verbally, and will form fortuitous working relationships. You will demonstrate a positive attitude towards the company’s progressive approach to all subordinates and fellow managers.

We are looking for an adaptable individual, as daily duties will involve both a supervisory and hands-on approach. We need candidates who are flexible, hardworking and exude dedication, motivated by working under pressure in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. You must have strong knowledge of print production processes and experience in production planning.

Strong candidates will be versatile, showing a range of experience within the printing industry. Experience of management is essential. Please note that candidates with a CV which also includes dispatch/packing will be at a great advantage.
