Our client is a leading print and packaging company that combines deep expertise in design, graphic services, production, technology, and process optimisation with unmatched marketplace understanding, dynamic ideas, and client first customer service.

They are looking for a Project Manager to facilitate jobs in the execution phase of clients’ artwork and pre-press process for packaging production. As a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork issues, you will communicate with design firms, printers, engravers, On-Site Personnel /Sales and Clients to ensure proper printability for packaging. As a key figure within the process, you will help maintain and improve client relationships. Your primary concern will be to coordinate packaging production via job instructions and schedules to complete jobs. Internally, you will effectively communicate specifications for each piece of packaging artwork on your brands by utilising the order entry system as well as being a resource for production departments when issues or questions arise. The Project Manager is the primary resource to the On-Site Personnel and Sales, and the key point of contact to the Production Department.

This is not your standard client-facing project role, this role is within the rapidly expanding field of CGI imagery and will require a creative flair as well as strong customer service.

We are looking for a person who can think outside of the box and problem solve up against tight timelines. Ideally experienced in handling multiple projects, whilst at the same time managing the clients’ expectations.

Candidates must have a creative flair, strong project management skills, and a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the field of packaging or print . Great communication skills are essential as you’ll be building and maintaining the relationships across all areas that are vital to your success in this role.
