Morning Shift Print Finishing Supervisor

A well established printing company seeks a multiskilled and hands on Morning Shift Print Finishing Supervisor to oversee their team of highly motivated finishing specialists with a committed mindset of looking after clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that houses state of the art printing and finishing equipment that enables them to deliver the highest quality of products.

This multi faceted role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including the supervision of staff; scheduling of work; driving productivity; driving improvements in print finishing process; cost control of resources. We are looking for a task oriented individual able to operate finishing equipment as well as managing a team.

You will be expected to control, organise, and monitor the flow of materials, producing the highest quality product on time, and on budget.

The successful candidate must take initiative, be a confident decision maker, and take an accurate and methodological approach to all projects in hand. You will show excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise work.

Schedule: 5:45am -1:45pm Monday-Friday
