The MD of a Yorkshire based printing company that has experienced many years of continuous success is looking to retire, and we have been appointed to find his successor. As the operational side of the company runs extremely well, there is no need to appoint someone with a manufacturing background – the client only wishes to consider someone who is currently a sales manager or sales director. The plan is for the current MD to groom (hold on, can’t use that word anymore!!)…”mentor” the incoming appointment to become the MD of the company.
