Internal Account Manager

A forward thinking supplier of printed folded cartons that leads the field in innovation is looking for an enthusiastic individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as one of the key people who ensures each customer receives the personal approach our client is committed to delivering. This role which will oversee the smooth running of projects and accounts has plenty of variety and requires some serious multitasking and juggling jobs, such as:

• Liaising with customers/external sales, taking new design briefs and orders
• Processing orders and artworks, adhering to stringent quality procedures
• Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Ordering materials and tooling for production of client orders
• Raising estimates and quotations
• Liaising with internal departments, to ensure customer requirements are met

We are looking for someone who exhibits excellent communication and relationship building skills both internally and externally, and an ability to ‘make things happen’. Often acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, professionals you must be welcoming and well presented at all times.
