Our client has long been linked with the highest levels of quality and customer service in print services. They are looking to expand their award winning client services team through the appointment of an Account Manager.

Your strong understanding of the print coupled with your passion for customer service will allow you to hit the ground running in this role, providing a seamless experience for a set list of clients. Direct Mail experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.

You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards. This Account Manager role needs an organised individual with a keen eye for detail.

This is a hybrid role, where you will work 2-3 days a week at our client’s offices.
