Account Director

A leading print management company is on the search for a creative Account Director who thrives on a fast-paced and progressive environment.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing client relationships, managing projects and delivering on expectations. As the most senior member of the team, you must be a confident problem solver and decision maker, being responsible for breaking down the client brief; developing an efficient and effective approach; and, managing a range of challenges which may arise.

As a proactive individual with strong commercial acumen, you will regularly liaise with each client to develop further sales opportunities, and follow up all projects for feedback and to measure client satisfaction in order to make future improvements where necessary.

We are looking for someone who is personable, highly motivated and ambitious, always striving to impress. You should have a keen eye for detail and a creative flare. No 2 days will be the same, so you must also be adaptable, and capable of working in a highly demanding environment.

A proven track record of managing client accounts and also people management is a must. Candidates from all sectors of print and packaging will be considered.
