Account Manager

A highly innovative printing company has exciting opportunity for a highly driven Account Manager, with more than 2 years’ proven client services experience in print or packaging to join its team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the overseeing of customer service activities relating to the supply of our client’s services; upholding and developing client relationships whilst ensuring consistent quality of work is produced.  For this role you must demonstrate an ability to prioritise various tasks, in conjunction with having outstanding interpersonal skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

•  Liaise with the client on existing, and forthcoming projects, including the planning and development of plans to complete those projects within the client time scales and to the quality levels expected.

•  Oversee and input client briefs accurately to optimise production.

•  Liaise between the client and the production team leader to ensure all information is correctly interpreted.

•  Uphold and represent the company on a daily basis.

•  Deal with client escalation issues

•  Show strong organisational skills  

•  Demonstrate influencing skills and an ability to lead the client’s decision making
