We have an opportunity to join a dedicated team of industry professionals with decades of experience in the paper and logistics sector. They pride themselves on providing a professional, transparent and stress-fee experience with their wide range of customers across the country.
They are looking for a UK Regional Sales Manager, a brand-new position, to develop the selling of Kraftliners, Testliners & Packaging grades.

This is the perfect opportunity for a talented, high calibre paper sales professional from an SME background to drive their career forward and facilitate the penetration of our client’s linerboards into the UK market!


You will be operating at the heart of the business, driving sales and supporting mills to ensure the delivery of the company’s mission and achieve sales targets. In return, our client will ensure you are equipped with all the elements you need to succeed.

They are looking for someone focused on developing relationships with B2B customers, listening to them and providing effective solutions. A a proven track record of securing new business coupled with the ability to recognise opportunities is crucial to the success. Supported by an established team, you have to aid in the new sales generation within the nation and yet rewarding generously.

The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee Linerboard sales and lead the delivery of increased sales, client acquisition and market share for the business.

Alongside the development a pipeline on linerboard sales, you will directly manage key accounts and spend a significant portion of your time sourcing new clients. This will involve working from the qualified leads, utilising your sales skills and gravitas to bring new clients and ensure repeat business.

In terms of teamwork, you will have regular meetings, messages & conference calls to allow communications flow between clients & mills, in order to attain a high satisfactory level from all stakeholders.

Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Visiting clients in a field-based capacity
  • Working with mills & office-based team on a range of offerings
  • Forecasting market trend & activities
  • Reporting to the management on updates regularly

About You

To be considered as our UK Regional Sales Manager, you will need:

  • Experience in an SME sales manager role
  • Experience of selling Kraftliners, Testliners & Packaging grade
  • Experience exceeding sales targets and growing business revenue from zero
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of confidence with the ambition to succeed
  • Proficiency with MS packages including Word and Excel
  • A valid driving license
