A designer and manufacturer of cardboard folding cartons for the food industry is on the search for a stand out UK Business Development Manager.

This Business Development Manager role will be key in the delivery of our client’s next phase of ambitious profitable growth across the UK. They are looking for someone who can particularly focus on finding medium sized accounts with a unique USP the customer can’t say no to. Taking a solutions focused approach to developing business, you will be motivated by customers’ needs and provide cartonboard products that address their requirements. This empathetic approach requires someone who can step into the buyer’s shoes, go beyond the surface-level, and truly understand which solutions will give them the most effective outcome. Passionate about this packaging substrate, you will go out your way for each customer, and never compromise on quality of service.

Candidates must be currently selling printed folded cartons, ideally into the food sector.

There is plenty of scope for an ambitious individual to evolve within the business and progress into a much more senior role within a short time period.
