Trainee Sales Executive

Our Midlands based client has been providing the highest quality print solutions to the creative industry for over 20 years. They are looking to expand their dedicated and qualified team of professionals. Their client relationships are built on trust and this is reflected in the long-lasting partnerships they have made with some of the most established brands and agencies. The selected candidate chosen to take on this trainee sales role will continue to bolster these relationships by aiming to make a difference in the support and advice given to new clients right from the get-go, enabling them to receive the best possible solutions for their needs.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain first class sales and business development experience, supported by excellent coaching and on the job training through being mentored by one of the company’s key managers.

The ideal candidate must have experience, or at least a profound interest, in the graphics/print industry. We are looking for someone who is hungry and eager to bolster existing relationships and forge new ones. Confident communication skills, coupled with professional telephone mannerisms.

You will use these skills to manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, establish and follow up leads to form new relationships; ultimately developing and delivering new business.
