Opportunity to join an international company with a blue chip client base and enjoy occasional international travel.
Summary:
To contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the studio by creating, producing and developing print ready artwork files in multiple formats. Excellent attention to detail is an essential part of this role. A thorough understanding and awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) would be a distinct advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Must be multi-skilled, but as a minimum proficient in Illustrator and InDesign.
2. Ensure print specific instructions are followed.
3. Previous experience of working in an environment where a high level of attention to detail is required.
4. Must strictly follow written procedures and processes.
5. Contribute to the continual improvement of the studio.
6. Collation and despatch of all materials required for printer.
7. Reading and understanding client briefs.
8. Continual training in studio processes and workflows.
9. Keep department clean and tidy.

Above all must be focused, flexible and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure whist maintaining the highest quality levels at all times.

In addition the Studio Operator will also be expected to:

• Be pro-active
• Be highly client focused
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability/willingness to travel to clients on occasions

The Studio Operator will work closely with fellow team members and the Studio Account Coordinator to ensure that client expectations are exceeded and the highest possible quality standards are adhered to.
