Studio Manager

One client is one of the longest established print firms in Gloucestershire . The Studio Manager is responsible for leading a team of creative individuals in a high production environment. Owning the day-to-day operations, this role is responsible for achieving quality and production goals, managing expenses, achieving all personnel and staffing needs while fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

This role requires a highly energetic individual with a positive and outgoing attitude. Demonstrable leadership skills through motivating and inspiring staff and keeping morale high to achieve peak productivity and performance will be key.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring client SLA and deliverable dates are met, and overall, help our client deliver the best output to market and to customers’ high expectations. You must be proactive and therefore anticipate and rectify issues at project outset before they become a problem.

Candidates must have strong communication skills both verbal and written, as well as being computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Illustrator.
