Our established and successful Client is looking to appoint a suitably experienced Candidate to fulfil a Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager position

The successful applicant must have the relevant qualifications and experience to cover the duties of the role:-

– IOSH and NEBOSH qualified.

– Experience of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards

– Experienced in risk management, method statement review, site inspections and investigations, company preparation for audits, compliance and maintenance of relevant standards.

– Risk assessment experience

– An in-depth understanding of and the ability to interpret SHEQ-related legislation
Full working knowledge of Microsoft office suite to include day to day experience of excel sheets, excellent report writing skills and document management experience.

The ideal Candidate will come specifically from a Manufacturing background, preferably Small Batch; but not essential, and will have experience of management information production.

They must be able to demonstrate results delivery and give examples of partnership building, (internal and external users).

Strong influencing skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels within/external to the Company is essential.

They will need to have excellent information sharing ability at all levels, combined with visible SHEQ values and the ability to drive improvement whilst embracing and cultivating change.

Essential skills include: accuracy and attention to detail; effective verbal and written communication; good planning and organising skills; and the ability to self-prioritise workload.
