A well-established British food brand is recruiting a Senior Pack Change Technologist for a fixed-term of 10 months.

They are looking for a passionate but also pragmatic individual with at least 5 years’ experience in a branded FMCG business to manage the development of packaging and print requirements to support the introduction of NPD and minor pack adjustment projects.
The role will require developing close working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. It will play a key role in delivering our clients NPD requirements and ensuring that the NPD team are viewed as a professional, capable and credible “go to” function delivering a key contribution on ongoing business success.

Scope
• The delivery and optimisation of the key packaging development and artwork requirements for assigned NPD projects from NPD brief through to packaging development, artwork generation and in market launch for all new products.
• To actively participate in cross-functional NPD initiatives that identifies future opportunities to fill the 5-year innovation pipeline as well as to identify CPI improvements to both product and process.
• The nature of the role is truly global. It requires working closely with the marketing teams in a number of assigned countries to form strong partnerships to better deliver its strategies NPD initiatives; a degree of flexibility is required to help support the team during times of peak capacity.

Experience in DAM and web based artwork management is essential for all applicants. You must also have knowledge of artwork design process; commercial exposure and project management experience. We are looking for someone with a customer focused mindset, a self-starter who takes an adaptive approach and can thrive in an ambiguous environment
