Our client is currently going through a landmark period on its timeline. It is setting up a whole new product offering and is looking for a senior manager to set up, manage and validate opportunities for this service across the packaging value chain. This leader needs to have vision, drive, and ability to make things happen at speed.
The role holder will be a master innovator and industry expert in smart/intelligent packaging technology and will have the ability to proactively define insights across consumer behavior, market trends, customer challenges, local regulation requirements, technology capabilities and financial goals to spot opportunities and quickly test them by partnering with IT and external parties to show a pathway to scale that will step changing growth for the company and its customers.
Key responsibility Areas
This role comes with key global customer exposure and being a key senior member of the commercial & innovations team, therefore the position holder will need to ensure that company code of conduct, values, ethical standards, and legal compliance are followed and adhered to across whole organisation and in all activities.
