Senior Account Manager – Large Format

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to take ownership of a high-profile national account? Our client is seeking a commercially minded and relationship-focused Senior Account Manager to manage and develop one of their most valued customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities for continued growth.

This is a varied role combining field-based account management with office-based planning and project coordination. You’ll travel throughout the UK, visiting customer sites, conducting site surveys, meeting key stakeholders and overseeing projects from initial quotation through to production, installation and aftercare. Working closely with internal design, production and installation teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and within budget.

Success in this role relies on building trusted relationships at every level of the client’s organisation. You’ll proactively identify new opportunities, manage quotations and commercial negotiations, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and help drive long-term account growth while protecting margins and maintaining exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a background in signage, large format print or a related industry. Experience managing national, multi-site accounts is essential, along with strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of signage production processes, brand guidelines and installation environments would be advantageous.
