Opportunity to work for a substantial print operation in the North West.

Working as a team member in a sub team of the commercial department, the main focus of the role is to prepare detailed quotations and tender proposals.

The role.

Taking client enquiries and preparing detailed quotations and tender proposals.

Working in close association with the Estimating team and providing additional support as and when necessary.

Developing partnerships with key business functions such as operations, planning and purchasing to ensure the commerciality of our customer offering

Interacting directly with key customers to ensure their tender requirements were met in an accurate, timely and professional manner.

Key user responsibility for our client’s CRM system which is the main tool used to generate accurate estimates and maintain client details

? Previous experience of working within the print industry in a commercial related role is essential.
? Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Excellent IT skills and experience of working with CRM systems.
? Advanced level of using Microsoft package including Outlook
