It is fundamental that the chosen candidate is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. You must also have a proven background in sales management. You must show a passion for the industry and proactively keep up to date with all aspects of marketing including social media.
We are looking for a pragmatic leader who exudes charisma, and can demonstrate admirable people management skills with the ability to command respect from people of all levels within each division of the business. You will need to manage the team of salespeople to enable them to perform to their fullest potential, setting clear expectations and demanding a consistently high level of performance; assessing, identifying and facilitating development needs where necessary – maximising your teams opportunities through the development of existing business as well as winning new accounts.

You must be a dynamic individual, with high levels of energy who exhibits communication, influencing and persuading skills. You will have the desire, determination, tenacity and work ethic essential to further growth. The ideal candidate will also show a high degree of emotional intelligence (behavioural management, sensitivity, listening skills, empathy, diplomacy).
