Sales Director / MD Designate

The Managing Director of a highly successful West Country printing house is looking to retire, so he is looking for someone with a strong print sales background to learn the ropes of the business while heading up the sales team and continuing to bring in new business.

Candidates will also have an exemplary track record of developing performing sales teams as you will be required to nurture the sales team; reviewing strategies, systems and performance management criteria.
