A full-service marketing communications agency situated in the heart of London is looking for a high performing senior manager to act as the forefront of their sales team. This client works with many industry leaders to help them deliver innovative creative initiatives that connect them to their customers.
Creativity lies at the heart of this organisation; they aim to deliver unique, engaging concepts that capture the spirit of their clients’ brand, so candidates must be innovative in their ideas and able to think outside the box.
They seek a multi-disciplined passionate candidate able to understand the client’s objectives and their customers’ needs. They pride themselves in taking a fresh approach that incorporates collaborative thinking and market research so are looking for someone who can continue to practice this method as they develop their sales team.
Communication will be key for this role, both internally and externally. Our client aspires to further develop their client base and build long term sustainable relationships with more market leading organisations. As Sales Director, you will foster these relationships with external stakeholders, whilst also developing your sales team to get the most out of any interaction with potential clients.
The role of Sales Director requires a leader – one with a good eye for spotting talent and nourishing them to be a strong sales person. A key part of this role will be to build a successful, prosperous team.
The role involves a high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking, so as Sales Director, you must be number-oriented with strong mathematical skills and well-developed business senses. You must be extremely well informed about the market, and able to accurately forecast sales predictions and shift in the marketplace. Strategically driven, you will develop and execute a strong plan to optimise our client’s longevity and prosperity.
With large format being their core activity, ideally, we are looking for someone from this sector, however all candidates from the printing industry will be considered.
