Sales Director

An independent and established print and digital communications management company is on the search for a Sales Director to work with them in reaching their single goal: increasing return on investment for their clients.

This sustainable and financially sound organisation provides service, quality and value, and is looking for a professional whose personality reflects these qualities to work in line with their policies, objectives and initiatives.

Managing a team of 4 senior sales executives, you will have a budget of just under £9 million to work with, setting short and long-term strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programmes. We are looking for a creative professional who can rely on their extensive experience in the industry to recommend product or service enhancements, improving customer satisfaction and sales potential and in turn accomplish goals. You will understand what motivates customer to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

We are seeking a strong leader who can manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills, ensuring monthly sales targets and KPIs are met. Using performance reviews, your role will be to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team and manage the sales program accordingly. You will be someone your team can turn to, answer questions and provide support as they generate leads and close deals.
