A leading manufacturer of specialist Paper and Film products whose name is recognised across the globe is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join its highly skilled team.
This quality focused innovator supplies to many industries such as medical, graphic art, automotive, personal hygiene and bag closures etc.
Equal consideration will be given to candidates from the either the Paper or Flexible Film or Self Adhesive / Labelstock or Tapes sectors – this can include backgrounds that include experience of selling Coated Products. The key for this client facing role if finding someone with exemplary communication and negotiation skills with the capacity to build successful, long-term relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
Training & Support will be provided to build on your Product, Market and Manufacturing Process knowledge.
The role will be responsible for Field Sales throughout the UK, planning and carrying out sales activities in co-ordination with the Sales Manager with the objective of growing and developing sales in accordance with the Company Business Plan.
You will be the lead external contact for all matters specific to assigned customers, contributing to the overall growth of sales by identifying potential customers, acquisition of new customers, growing sales with existing customers, retention of customers and recovery of customers previously lost.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous B2B sales experience in a related industry and a proven ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives including volume growth and margin attainment
Ability to create and build a strong relationship with customer
Proven self-motivation and discipline with the ability to work as part of a team while also in a highly autonomous manner
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads to best serve the customer
Possession of a full driver’s license
