This is an exciting time for my Client and also for the successful Candidates who will be part of an established Company’s expansion plans.

My Client is currently involved in a recruitment drive after creating 4 new Regional Sales Manager openings.

Each role will be based from Home (Fully Remote) with national travel and overnight stays as and when required.
Core business activity will be the supply of plastic reducing polythene products for the industrial sector.
The company operates nationwide with warehouses in the South & North and they operate across all business sectors- with it’s its core customer base being in the food and beverage sector.

Their area of expertise includes supporting their client’s dispatch departments prepare their pallets for transit in the safest condition, in the quickest time, at the lowest cost and using the least amount of single use plastic possible, through innovative modern transit packaging solutions.

The Sales Territories that they wish to be covered include:-

South West
North West + Scotland
Midlands
North East + Yorkshire

The roles will report to the Company National Sales Manager with the main focus being Sales development of General / Transit / Protective Packaging within the Distribution sector – Logistics Companies or Companies transporting their products: Manufacturers / Food Companies / Retailers / Wholesalers.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and managing new and existing client accounts within your geographical region.
Working closely with other members of the sales team you will be required to establish client requirements and determine creative and innovative solutions via a consultative sales approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Senior Sales level – from a Packaging Merchanting background.
Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy for their own territory.
Self-disciplined to work at distance and on own initiative.
Experience of Consultative Packaging Sales – offering creative and innovative solutions via a consultative sales approach.

Relevant experience also includes Sales of End Of Line Machinery – due to knowledge of the Film used

Remuneration:

Competitive Basic Salary commensurate with experience.
