Job Title: Production Manager – Premium Printing & Packaging

Our client is a leading supplier of premium printing & packaging, working with globally recognised names across numerous sectors. They are looking to appoint an organised and proactive Production Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple client projects from concept through to final production.

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will coordinate the full production lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and international manufacturing partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple premium printing & packaging projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate projects from initial brief through design, sampling, production and final delivery.
  • Maintain project schedules, monitor progress and resolve production issues where required.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved.
  • Manage sampling, product approvals and production documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with Sales, Design, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support quality assurance throughout the production process.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Production Manager, Production Coordinator or Project Management role within print or luxury packaging.
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers and supply chains.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project budgets and costs.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium-quality products.

Experience within sports, entertainment or licensed products, together with knowledge of luxury packaging materials, international logistics or sustainable packaging, would be advantageous.
