Production Manager

We are looking for a stand out candidate, motivated by success, to join a leading packaging company with an illustrious history dating back over decades. They are on the search for a multiskilled and hands on Production Manager to oversee the team of 30.

You will oversee the day to day running of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines & practical manufacturing policies.

The role of Production Manager requires a methodically minded professional who thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational effectiveness.
