We are looking for a stand out candidate, motivated by success, to join a leading packaging company with an illustrious history dating back over decades. They are on the search for a multiskilled and hands on Production Manager to oversee the team of 30.

You will oversee the day to day running of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines & practical manufacturing policies.

The role of Production Manager requires a methodically minded professional who thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational effectiveness.

Stand out candidates will be forward-thinking individuals who look beyond the status quo and are capable of rising to the challenge of solving tough problems. This role needs someone who is flexible, hardworking and exude dedication, motivated by working under pressure in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

You will be an effective & experienced Production Manager and currently working in either the printing or packaging industry.
