Our client is a leading digital print company operating in an exciting segmant of the market. We are looking for an experienced production manager to play a key leadership role in the business.

You will be responsible for managing the production and delivery of bespoke digital products and services to a high quality, on time and to budget. As part of the Operations and Delivery management team, you will provide overall leadership and direction to the digital production team that drives efficient internal processes and workflow for all digital production services, helping to advise sales and implementation teams working on digital institutional solutions delivery as to the best technology plan for a solution. You will manage your own projects and oversee those of your team. You will measure, coordinate and report on operational activity for digital production.

We are looking for someone with:-
– An excellent understanding of all print production processes.
? Excellent proactive communicator to business and key stakeholders (written and verbal).
? Able to adapt style to colleagues with varying levels of technical knowledge
? Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
? Strong understanding and passion for the digital landscape and current/best practice approach to delivery.
? Strong attention to detail and a problem solving nature.
? Experience of focusing and guiding others in accomplishing work objectives
? A demonstrated ability to work independently, managing own time and prioritising effectively
? An understanding of the digital production/publishing process Minimum of 4 years job experience, including two years in a manager role
? Project management experience, particularly assessing and delivering digital content
? Experience of managing multiple digital projects to tight timeframes
? Self-starting – you need to be able to work with limited direction. The role will have a degree of autonomy and a ‘can do’ attitude is a must.
? You are likely to be working on multiple projects at any one time so successfully juggling priorities and projects will be key to success.
? Never satisfied with current processes and always willing to adapt and tune our ways of working
? Comfortable expressing opinions within the business.
? Intermediate or advanced Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
