Production Manager

Our client has state-of-the-art technology to help it produce inspiriting printed materials. Due to internal promotion, they are looking to expand their dedicated team of staff and recruit a Production Manager to effectively manage resources to achieve planned production conformance and to maximise operational efficiencies whilst maintaining best possible standards.
We are looking for a self-starter who can work effectively using own initiative and with proven capability to systematically problem solve in complete and dynamic solutions. This managerial position requires a skilled communicator with the ability to direct and coach a team: experience of developing and motivating large teams; and overall someone must with the confidence of being at the forefront of the team.
As Production Manager you will also be responsible for maximising the use of all available resources and maximise performance against KPIs.
