The Production Manager is responsible for the 24-7 running of a busy print manufacturing facility. Supervises, motivates and supports the staff daily ensuring deadlines are met. The Production Manager is to plan/schedule, strategize and oversee all production activities including, litho printing, digital printing, print finishing, hand fulfilment, mailing, pick pack and dispatch, while continually improving the workflow. The Production Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient planning of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and downtime.

As Production Manager, you will be leader of a highly skilled, long serving, team of people. In this pivotal role, you will share your knowledge with your colleagues, developing their understanding of the company’s offering. You will lead with a flexible approach, working in collaboration with sales, creative and admin support, demonstrating understanding and competence, doing what is required to drive effective employee engagement.

You will be accountable for meeting the department’s quality and performance objectives. You will champion the strategic vision, core purpose and vivid description; actively demonstrating respect for our client’s core values.
