This hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, comes with the following responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor all steps of the corrugated carton production process (from the raw kraft to the finished products)
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in collaboration with the Maintenance Team
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with all teams to optimize output
- Collaborate with commercial team to suggest cost effectiveness in product formulation to win customers
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Train junior technicians
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in corrugated carton or packaging production
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with boiler, glue kitchen and flexographic printing equipment
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and lead his team
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
