Production Director

We are looking for a production manager to run a very busy print operation in the Midlands.
This company has had an excellent year and due to the success they require someone to oversee the day to day running of the site and report to the MD.
You will need to have a positive outlook and be familiar with modern working practises and are not afraid of driving people forward to success. Change management is a big part of this role as well as strong attention to detail. Candidates with experience or qualified in Lean Manufacturing will have an advantage.
