One of the UK’s largest printers has an opening for a Process Improvement Engineer to assist them in providing a top notch service to their household named client base.
The main responsibilities and accountabilities pertaining to this role will include:

· To ensure maximum potential production output and quality is achieved for the department – this requires the setting of clear objectives for the shift periods.
· To drive waste standards across the shifts
· To ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level ensuring optimum performance.
· To ensure the equipment and environment is operated and cared for, meeting all current Health & Safety legislation and conforming to our client’s standards.
· To strive to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business.
· To communicate effectively with Employees, Line Managers and Dept. Managers as required.
· Will be involved actively is staff recruitment, selection of employees
· Contribute to the improvement and development of skills within the department

The successful candidate will be a great technical problem solver with excellent communication skills.
