Printed Packaging QA Manager

1. Extensive and proven knowledge of managing ISO 9001, BRC/Iop Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Material, FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody management systems.
2. Must be a proven man manager with leadership skills, be able to get the best out of and motivate team members and to work well as part of a team.
3. Must be a self-starter, highly self-motivated, able to work pro-actively, unsupervised and on own initiative.
4. Knowledge of cartons manufacturing processes and relevant legislative requirements.
5. Trained auditor, preferably Lead Auditor level
6. Must be analytical and have proven knowledge and use of Quality Management techniques including problem solving, continuous improvement and statistical analysis.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to work with people at all levels of ability, and from different cultures & backgrounds.
8. Must be computer literate.
9. Able to work well under pressure, with proven efficiency and ability to plan work schedules and stick to deadlines.
10. Flexible, able to adapt to and promote change.
11. Knowledge of Health and Safety Law, Regulations and Procedures.
12. Full driving license
