An innovative folding cartons manufacturer which has an excellent worldwide reputation is looking to expand its sales team by recruiting a high calibre business development manager. The objective of this role will be to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones

Someone who seeks diversity in a role would be a perfect match as our client is looking for someone to manage key accounts as developing new ones. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with all customers will be key to this role so candidates must have great charisma and the most outstanding interpersonal skills.

Daily duties will include:

  • Researching organisations to find new opportunities
  • Contacting existing and potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
