Print Room Manager

We have an opportunity to join a leading printing company whose success has derived from its ability to meet ever changing customer demands whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality.

Under the direction of the Operations Director, the role of Print Room Manager will be to manage and control Print and Print Finishing in order to achieve agreed output to the quality levels and timelines specified. You will help promote a culture of “continual improvement” by identifying ways to improve production, minimise waste and reduce costs.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Operations
2. Customer and suppliers
3. Quality
4. Health and safety and environmental compliance
5. Administration
6. Human Resource (leadership & personal development)

Candidates must have experience leading a team in a digital printing and finishing environment, working to tight deadlines. You will be well versed in working within quality management systems and complying with standards.
