We have a unique opportunity for a Print Project Manager to join an innovative organisation that prides itself in producing tasteful, clever and inspirational graphics for retail, museums, exhibitions, site hoarding and offices. This leading enterprise has now also diversified their services, and on top of being experts in large format print, they have developed an exceptionally high litho and digital print service, allowing them to cater for all in today’s market.
Their use of innovative equipment allows the production of a
superior image quality and remarkable creativity has enabled strong, long-term
relationships with an array of well-known brands.
Widely renowned for their high-end projects, this remarkably
innovative company are looking for a naturally creative Project Manager to be
accountable for managing key accounts for existing and new customers providing
excellent customer service, ensuring all projects undertaken are delivered
accurately in accordance with the customer brief, on time and within budget.
Key accountabilities
& responsibilities:
- Develop Project Plans in order to deliver the
Customers brief as efficiently as possible seeking new ways of ensuring a more
efficient cost effective product.
- Provide the customer with new ideas/ ways that
could enhance the Customer Brief.
- Ensure the Customer brief is accurately recorded
and covered in detail within the project Plan.
- Ensure all departments (Administration and
Production) are clearly briefed on what is required from the project in a
timely manner in order to ensure project can be delivered on time and on budget.
- Keep the customer completely up to date on the
progress of throughout the project.
- Deliver the project on time, cost effectively
and in accordance with the original Customer brief.
- Identify issues and resolving project problems
in a timely manner ensuring all those involved are communicated with in a
timely manner and the budget and cost margin is maintained for the project.
Escalate issues as required.
- Maintain and build excellent relationships with
suppliers, testing and using the most efficient cost effective products and
ensuring all materials available in a timely manner for the project.
Key skills and knowledge required:
- Experience within the Large Format Print sector- a minimum of 5 to 10 years
- Strong commercial acumen
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge and competence in various software creative packages and MS Tools
- Understands Industry best practice and keeps up to date with new industry initiatives that enhance the Sales Process
Success in this role will require a
customer-focused team player with excellent all round communication skills and
an ability to create and develop fruitful relationships.
