Print Account Manager

A leading litho & digital printer has an opening for a customer service focused individual to join their account management team. The candidate selected for this role will be joining a team of outstanding people – this client employs the best in the industry to make sure each customers’ experience is first class.
We seek a candidate who oozes passion for the printing industry, and who makes this passion prevalent when communicating with customers. The main purpose of this role is to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a confidence in your aptitude to liaise with contacts of all levels both internally and externally will be key. Not only must you be a good communicator, it is essential you are a skilled listener when it comes to understanding customers’ needs.
It is important candidates can work under pressure and think on their feet while keeping a positive outlook when it comes to dealing with any customer queries. Wealth of knowledge and experience within the printing industry will allow you to deal with these situations more efficiently.
