We are currently looking for a person who is detailed and naturally process driven to join our client’s successful Pre-press team. Reporting directly to the Pre-Press Manager, this role will see you liaising closely with all internal stakeholders to maintain a high level of performance delivery of jobs to production. You will be met with constant deadlines in a fast paced & performance driven environment. Daily communication with line manager with the ability to work within tight deadlines is essential, we are looking for the successful applicant to possess a high level of concentration, take the lead when required with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Studio pre-press functions.
• Maintenance and development of studio processes and systems.
• Working from and understanding production schedules.
• Monitor workflow queues and user based permissions.
• Safely and effectively operates and maintain proofing equipment.

Experience/skills
• Experience of working within a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the creative production processes (print and digital).
• Ability to work well under pressure, deadline driven ability to manage own time.
• Results orientated and pro-active with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An understanding of folding patterns/finishing process.
• Knowledge of imposition forms, imposition software.
• Knowledge of prepress software and QC processes.
• Previous use of Adobe Acrobat.
• Mac literate.
