Due to continued growth and investment, our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Postage Administrator to join its team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Postal Revenue Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s postage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. This role is critical to maintaining seamless postage processes and will require excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal dispatch records, ensuring accurate postage and consumables information.
  • Liaise with Client Services and Finance departments to coordinate daily postal dispatch and collections.
  • Generate and distribute daily collection forecasts to postage suppliers.
  • Request, track, and manage consumables to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Process and verify postal documentation, including Royal Mail dockets, transfer sheets, DSA Tray Cards and Mailmark Uploads.
  • Manage postage supplier uploads and documentation for a variety of Mail Carriers.
  • Ensure end-of-day internal reporting is completed detailing despatched jobs.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or logistics-related role, preferably within a mailing, postage, or print environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal teams and external service providers.
