The POS Analyst will be responsible for the collation and standardisation of job specification data from our supplier base. Critically, they will have a deep understanding of the Display market, preferably in both permanent and semi-permanent fields, possibly gained in an estimating or production environment.
The POS Analyst will review the information received, manage queries with suppliers and seek to standardise this information.
Once the raw data is understood, the POS Analyst will use his or her skills in Excel to cleanse the data for upload into the proprietary Print Management software that we use to support the business.
Key responsibilities…
Data Collation and Cleansing: The POS analyst will collate large amounts of data and review this against their understanding of display specifications
Convert technical specifications into a common language that is consistent to both TMS and the customer
Liaise with the customer to determine whether specifications are complete and to their satisfaction
Have a detailed understanding of the production techniques used for permanent and semi-permanent display items

3 years’ experience in a similar role and in the display environment
An exceptional level of attention to detail
Experience of estimating and print management systems in Point of Sale, Semi Permanent and Permanent display production
Excellent communication skills
Customer focussed
