Job Title: Platen Minder

Salary: £Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)

A well-established print production company is seeking an experienced Platen Minder to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience operating and maintaining platen presses to work in a stable, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely set up, operate, and monitor platen press machinery
  • Responsible for platen minding duties and press maintenance support
  • Ensure quality output and accurate registration throughout production runs
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and maintaining press efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with pressroom and production teams

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a platen minder
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
