Operations Manager

A leading printer is seeking a talented individual to lead the operational management of its fast-growing printing facility.
The ideal candidate will have gained their experience in a fast-moving printing environment and will have an excellent track record in the successful delivery client campaigns. You will have a commercial outlook and will be orientated to achieve results through excellent people management. Communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are therefore key for this role. Leadership, motivation and direction of a highly skilled workforce is also critical.
The role will involve the management of the operations team and ownership of the production plan to ensure that the business can maximise capacity and build a platform for continued sales growth. You will also be expected to improve all-round professional standards and team performance.
