Operations Manager

A well invested print and communications business, which has experienced years of success within the industry, is looking to fill a key role within its management team. Due to internal promotion, there is an opening for an experienced, hands-on operations manager. This company is dedicated to ensuring quality and innovation are delivered at the very best value, so they are looking for someone who can bring experience and fresh ideas to the table, to continue exceeding expectations and outrivalling all competition.

We are looking for someone with experience in operations management within the printing industry, along with demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff and major projects or initiatives. Star candidates will excel at operating in a fast pace environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative management style, and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively are also highly sought-after characteristics in candidates.
